I'm not entirely sure what this is for, but I would assume it's regarding the seals in the MyView/database. Worth experimenting, if you have the time.

Params

MonType: Monster ID

BunchIndex: Town it's from? Seal it ties to?

0 = Tut

1 = Karan

2 = Tombeth

3 = Captain Skull

4 = Tenter Lion

5 = Count Blood

6 = Queen Odinea

7 = Soki

8 = Spicy Dragon

Comment: Name of the thing (doesn't show up anywhere, doesn't really matter)
