It was introduced as a response to the community outcry regarding the Tartarus boss drop rate, which coincidentally was before it was nerfed in [https://www.eternalpaula.com/patch/240505 May 2024], where then Pity was then introduced the [https://eternalpaula.com/patch/240602 following June patch]. The accessory gives '''+10k WT'''.

To acquire one, you had to go to Event Garden and speak to the NPC "Wonderful Machinery" to get teleported to the proper room during the [https://eternalpaula.com/patch/240401 April 2024 patch]. You then would summon a cookie-cutter guardian (check [[Mew's Guardian Guide]] if this is gibberish to you) and let it lucky fist it to death. It was a shared room, so three people could be fighting it at once, but only one would drop. It took a dreadfully long time (10 minutes?) of just sitting there while your guardian did the work if you solo'd it. The resistances were turned up on the boss as well as the health so it wasn't as feasible for most players to skill it down.
