This is the table that stores the % chances for the random stats.

Name = Alias for the table; used for importing
Step1 = Lowest chance
Step10 = 10% percentile of stats
Step20 = 20% percentile of stats
Step30 = 30% percentile of stats
Step40 = 40% percentile of stats
Step50 = 50% percentile of stats
Step60 = 60% percentile of stats
Step70 = 70% percentile of stats
Step80 = 80% percentile of stats
Step90 = 90% percentile of stats
Step100 = Max stat chance
Comment = Code label describing the value, usually blank
