This box is decent. It happens to have a great WT pet, [JP]World conquest Sui ka Mother or "Squid Girl Pet", which also has decent HP and great HV for PvP (charms/powers/sense[?]), especially if it goes to 3 slots. The AC on the inner, [JP]Uzei-Pirosutorahhe, and hat, [JP]Uzei-Pirosuheddo or "Squid Girl Hat", are also very good for the level (PvP [if level capped]; powers/sense). The sword, [JP]Uzei-Pirosusodo appears unimpressive.
Regarding fashion, the cape, [JP]Uzei-Pirosukuraito, and sword seems interesting to style. I personally would not use the hat except with a lower-faced visual mask such as one from the Mint and Dere Box. I think keeping with the theme of "blue and white" when styling with this fashion is a good idea, however, it could really pop with a substitute of one or more of the items where they share only one of the colors (i.e. only white or only blue) and another color, and add more of that third color sprinkled in.
