General Info
Painful Hat is a custom fuse created by Eeyore for epTO and released during the September 2024 patch. The hat is actually a bandage that sits on the side of your character's head.
There was a chance of obtaining it in the following boxes from said patch: Lop Bunny Ballcap Box, Bunny Logo Ballcap Box, Reverse Ballcap Box.
