In order to use this mechanic, you must complete a short quest for Star Gazer Stella, called '''The Star Gazer'''. You can get the quest by finding her in ''Desert Beach Field 2''. She is standing near the river by the second bridge from the bottom.

Once you are done, you can click '''Proceed''', and then you will have to spin (click and drag) the wheel on the right side of the table in order to start the process. Three pointers will spin around, and the cards those pointers land on will determine what status effects you get. Sometimes the pointers will land on the same card, or cards of the same type and you will receive a bigger boost for that stat.

After the pointers have stopped spinning, Stella will tell you the status boosts you've earned. From here you can decide if you want to re-roll (though it will cost double of what you just paid), or keep them.
